The world of coaching, mentoring and supervision is changing rapidly. Researchers have created a wealth of relevant research for practitioners to help respond to this change: from societal topics, such as equity and inclusion, to neuroscience and psychological models that support behavioural change. Here is an opportunity to increase the impact of your research by highlighting it to others.

We invite anyone undertaking research into coaching, mentoring or supervision to submit a poster to showcase their work and its impact on practice. You might be a researcher, post graduate student, researching practitioner, or participating in a research project – it makes no difference, use this opportunity to share your research and engage with others. Why not add a ‘call to action’ for others to join your research, read your publications or use the outcomes in practice.

You can submit a poster using our template and/or add a short no more than 3 minutes recording to explain your research. These will be available in our virtual poster gallery throughout the EMCC Global Research Conference.

Winners will be invited to write an article for our website to reach out to our members. The winning posters will be the best explanations of research impact on practice. To download the template – click here.
